1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Altar of War mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
Altar of War provides a faith-based fitness platform that includes:

Workout programs and exercise tracking
Nutrition guidance and meal planning
Progress tracking and analytics
Community features and social interaction
Daily scripture and spiritual content
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the App.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Post offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
5. Content
5.1 User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"), but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App.

5.2 Content Standards
All User Content must:

Be respectful and appropriate
Not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Not contain false or misleading information
Align with our community values
5.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Important: The App provides fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should:

Consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program
Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
Use the App at your own risk
Not rely solely on the App for medical or nutritional advice
We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from your use of the App or following its recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, workout programs, and software, is owned by Altar of War or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
8. Subscriptions and Payments
8.1 Subscription Plans
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

8.2 Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You will be charged at the start of each billing period
Prices are subject to change with notice
8.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
9. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altar of War, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@altarofwar.app to attempt to resolve it informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Altar of War regarding the App.
