Adored is an experience made for encounter. It is where our bodies become the altar. It is a time for us to connect to God only as his daughters, to rest in him, and to feel what it means to be deeply adored by him despite what is taking place in the world around us. The heart of the Adored experience is about watering your soul, restoring your nervous system to the rhythm of Heaven, and being filled with the presence of God. This is a secret place where you don’t have to carry out what you brought into class. It is movement as prayer.
WHAT IS PROPHETIC MOVEMENT?
These classes are holy ground for prophetic movement and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Prophetic movement means to move by the Holy Spirit, to stir, soften, and open ourselves up to be strengthened by our Father in the midst of surrender. It is about finding the feet of Jesus. Worship is not just emotional, it physically overtakes us. Have you ever felt the weight of the Holy Spirit make you physically week or filled with inexplainable energy? These are ways the body responds to the nearness of God. In Scripture, worship was never meant to be confined to intellectual belief or verbal expression alone. From Genesis to Revelation, the people of God respond to his presence with their whole being, spirit, soul, and body.
MORE ABOUT THE CLASSES
These classes are for all levels beginner to advanced. They are Spirit-led so some will blend worship music with deeply intuitive movement that you decide. There is no pressure, no perfection, no right or wrong movements, it is all about presence. Other classes will be guided where you follow the instructor. The focus is fluidity of movement and reclaiming autonomy. This is a space to breathe deeper, cast away burdens, reclaim dominion of your flesh, and let God minister to you as you move.
What the world labels somatic healing is often your spirit responding to the presence of God. It is the Kingdom coming alive inside of you. The body stores and remembers everything, it is important that we help our body remember that it was made to worship, not to hold on to trouble, trauma, ailments, etc.
Think of these classes as a form of communion. You are free to rejoice, discover new mobility, weep, stretch, release, and let the word of God settle in your bones.
